  The store is very very organized and it’s very easy to get the coo merchandise I’m looking for. The staff needs to get a bonus in they paycheck because they stay helping me find what I be looking for & go out of their way to check if something been misplaced every time I visit

  This 2 story UO has nice selection of their signature garb. As with all Urban Outfitters, can be pricey, but you know that. Plenty in Stock, all sizes. Cashiers were challenged to answer a couple simple questions, though - they need more trading & familiarity with their merchandise. Store is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. Dressing room attendant wouldn't allow my daughter's grandma to ho in with her - odd given that they knew how many items she took in to try on. We dig the gender neutral policy, though. Progressive!
