  Paul was very friendly and extremely helpful! I went to him looking to repair my 6 year old laptop, and he recommended to replace it instead; I left with a new laptop that suited my needs and budget. I will be returning to him for any future computer related services!

  I made an appointment at 3:00 to recover my deleted documents from one of my laptops. They are only by appointments, so I made an appointment at 4:30. He told me that it would be up to 3 weeks but I needed those documents in 2 days. After I made an appointment, I tried to look for the backup from another laptop. And I did find the backup documents(3:55 p.m), so I just called him to cancel the appointment(3:57 p.m). HOWEVER, he asked me, "Who's gonna pay for my time". And I said sorry to him several times, but he kept complaining about me canceling the appointment. Finally, he asked my job. And I told him that I am a student, but he said, "I guess student's time is not valued." Even though I tired to call him before the appointment time, he was still angry. I knew a lot of customers were satisfied with the service. However, you can't treat any customers, or even a stranger like this. Owning a business does not mean that your time is more valuable than others. Stressful or busy is not an excuse of being rude to others.
