  The owner Cheryl, should get NO STARS! I brought my vacuum in for a the handle and routine maintenance. Total cost, $123.00. I brought it home to vacuum a small room, wall to wall rug and the vacuum started to have a burning smell. I went back to the shop. Cherly aggressively approached me accusing me of "being upset", said I was "tugging" something with my vacuum, told me she would give me back all my money if I buy a new vacuum. Then I told her I didn't have time because I need to pick up my kids. She told me, "just go, go get them!!" Then today, I called to find out what happened to my vacuum, Cheryl told me that its over $160.00, new plug, new motor, etc. I asked her how can this be? I just got it from maintenance. You guys never told me this was a problem. Then I confronted her on how she spoke to me so aggressively. And that I was shocked to find out she was the owner. Sue, the employee was so nice and again, and unbelievable that Cheryls the owner. I want my money back and my vacuum to get fixed. That is not the condition I brought it in and I shouldn't have to pay for damage they did and get treated this way! Unacceptable! I've contacted and waiting for the District manager to call me.
