  The sales people are impossible to find in this overcrowded store. There are also too few sales people working at any given time. I purchased a 34B bra at this store the other day and I received a 34D. Now, I’m the one having to do all the work to return the bra and fix the mistake they made. Thank goodness their telephone customer service is so much better. A lovely Filipino man helped me and really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I don’t know how Macy’s is still around when Nordstrom is so much more pleasant to shop at and the customer service is superior. The racks are even lower and more spaced out in Nordstrom, making it easier to navigate the store. When I’m in a Macy’s, I have trouble finding everything. The store is messy and disorganized. The only reason I shopped here in the first place is because I had a gift return and they could only give me store credit. This place is the worst!!!!!!!
