  I was looking for a Stella York dress and I found it here, I loved the dress selection ! I found my dress in the first visit, no problem at all with it. About costumer service they need to improve a lot, I did not liked I was rushed because they had an appointment when my time was not even done, when fitting for alterations I was not being respect, owner told seamstress to do the opposite I wanted, I was frustrated, I end up not liking how dress looked in the front but I rather took it home than spending more time dealing with the owner. Sad but true.

  I had the best experience at flares bridal and formal. I literally been to all bridal shops in Chicago and the Bay Area and ended up buying my wedding dress from flares. Lissa and Ray are amazing and so professional, I got a royal treatment from them. They made me feel like a princess. I had less than four month and they had to rush my wedding dress. It came right on time as they promised. It got there 3 weeks before my wedding. I had to fly in from Chicago for alterations. It took them 3 days to alter my dress. The seamstress altered my dress and skirt and she also custom made my veil! I can't thank Lissa and Ray enough! I had the best buying experience with them! Thank you
